The Women's Grievance Redressal Cell was established under the Government of India's Act No. 20 of 1990. The purpose of the Women's Grievance Redressal Cell is to protect and promote the well-being of all females in the organization. The institute conducts events for female students and for women in the neighborhood on issues such as women's rights, discrimination, and empowerment. It deals with women's grievances, promotes gender equality and balanced respect for women across the society, the importance of women's assent, and promotes women's entrepreneurship. It takes care of all allegations of sexual harassment of women in the workplace and takes steps to remedy the allegations. The cell is responsible for investigating any complaints lodged by students and staff about women's complaints in the college.
Objectives
● Investigate reported incidents of sexual harassment of
women, if any, and submit a report to disciplinary authorities
recommending action against the alleged perpetrators.
● Organizing various programs to inform about the rights of
women.
● Equip female students, teachers, and staff with knowledge
about their legal rights.
● Provide a platform for
hearing complaints and redressal of grievances.

Incorporate hygienic practices and assure a healthy
environment in and around the college.
