M.Com stands for Masters of Commerce, is a two-year postgraduate course ideal for those looking to build a career in banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) as well as accounting and commerce sectors. This two-year course discusses in-depth the effectiveness of economics, capital, revenue, trade, taxes, etc. learned at B.Com. This is a functional course and it allows students to choose their careers in different fields.

MCom's eligibility criteria may vary from one college to another in terms of aggregate. Some need 50% of aggregate and some 60%. But candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% in BCom is compulsory. Students in reserved classes are entitled to a waiver of up to 5%.
